Online Policy

All items sold online are final sale and nonreturnable with no exceptions due to nature and content. We do not sell apparal (lingerie, bras or underwear) online because we recommend getting professionally measured.  This is the only way to ensure the best fit possible. If there is a bra or panty you know you love and fit, we would be more than happy to ship to you. If you have any questions regarding item contents, sizing or recommendations please contact us so we know you will be confident with your online purchase.

 

In-Store Policy

As a loyal and responsible Purrmission shopper I hereby confirm that I will never bring back merchandise to be returned after 7 days from the purchase date. I will not remove tags or wear any items I intend to return. I acknowledge that any sale merchandise that I (or my well-meaning significant other or friend) purrchase will be a final sale. I will be good and not return any items from the naughty tent, including bachelorette party items. It is my duty to be happy with every treasure I purrchase, and it is Purrmission's mission to ensure the best fit possible!
