“What is in a size? A bra on any size should look as sweet…” Thanks Romeo, but no thanks. Wearing the incorrect bra size can cause you a multitude of problems. Back pain, under wires that dig, poke or even occasionally pop out, shoulder divots, too much back pudge and sagging are just a few of the signs that you are in the wrong size.

Whether we like it or not change is a part of life and our breasts are no exception to the rule. Loosing and gaining weight, surgery, babies and of course gravity all make their presence known when it comes to bra sizing. To make things even more complex, there is no industry standard when it comes to fit. Even within a good company one bra style doesn’t always fit like the next.

The way you look and feel everyday is dependent on a well fitting bra. According to Oprah, 8 out of 10 women are wearing the wrong bra size. That probably means you, especially if you have not been measured by one of our certified fit specialists.

When to get measured:

Take the time to get measured the right way. Our bodies are constantly changing. Gaining or losing even 5 pounds can change your bra size. It is important to make sure you have a good fitting bra at all times. Don’t put it off until you reach your “target” weight, or until after your pregnancy, or until your new date comes around. Allowing yourself to look good and feel good now is something that we should live for everyday.
